Details Behind Our Need:
We are looking for an experienced "OEM" (Original Equipment Manufacturer) Software Developer with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Java programming and extensive knowledge of building APIs and implementing RESTful web services. The ideal candidate will join our dynamic team to contribute to the development, maintenance, and enhancement of our software applications while adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using Java technologies.
• Create and implement APIs to facilitate seamless integration between different systems and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and design efficient, scalable, and secure API solutions.
• Develop RESTful web services, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.
• Optimize and troubleshoot existing software applications to ensure maximum performance and usability.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies, tools, and trends in software development and recommend innovative solutions to improve processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of professional experience in software development, focusing on Java.
• Strong understanding of API development principles and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful web services.
• Familiarity with database systems (SQL in particular).
• Experience in writing unit tests and testing your code to verify quality of the code you write.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
• Strong communication skills and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions within deadlines.
• Ability to learn new programming languages.

Preferred Experience:

• Docker and Docker orchestration, Kubernetes a plus.
• Experience with AWS architectures
• Experience programming in React or JavaScript
• Kotlin language skills a plus
• Worked with PostgreSQL
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).

Education:

• BS in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience level
