Light Industrial Maintenance Tech

Amapharm LLC is looking to expand our mechanical team within our pharmaceutical grade, climate-controlled bottling facility. The Maintenance/Machine Technician is primarily responsible for troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance of all parts and equipment on the packaging lines to maximize run time. They will monitor packaging operations and suggest any mechanical/electrical changes or upgrades that would increase efficiency. Responsible for preventative maintenance (PM) throughout the plant including Filters, Cappers, Weighers, Labelers, Conveyors, Bundlers etc. Replace, repair and/or adjust mechanical parts to include, but not limited to, bearings, gearboxes, chains, sprockets, gaskets, seals, regulators, couplings etc. as needed. Electrical troubleshooting experience in PLC's, VFD's, A/C and D/C Circuits, or the willingness to learn. Must be a team player and demonstrate initiative and drive in previous roles.
