(DUTIES)Help develop new prospective insurance customers to quote and write
State Farm insurance & financial services products. will help counsel and educate all insurance clients during all in person visits or telephone encounters how to protect the clients, their families, their livelihoods and assets. will answer all client questions or concerns about insurance coverage, policy changes, and billing. Be able to discover gaps in their insurance plans. Discover additional insurance needs and be able to quote & cross sell these existing and new clients insurance
(REQUIREMENTS) Positive attitude - Coachable - Strong Work Ethics - Ability Build Rapport -Strong listening skills - Productive - Persuasive -Currently "Insurance Licensed" or able to acquire "insurance licenses" asap - Insurance Agency experience preferred
