Rumpl is looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to support our retention channels including Email, SMS and Loyalty. The Lifecycle Marketing Specialist is responsible for driving customer LTV through Email, SMS and Loyalty. Key focuses include driving email signups, creating email campaigns, creating email flows, managing our Yotpo loyalty program, SMS, and driving customer engagement on other platforms like Facebook groups and Reddit.  

As the Lifecycle Marketing Specialist, you’ll spend your days bouncing between Klaviyo, working on new creative requests, connecting with the marketing team, and reviewing recent A/B tests on email and email pop-ups. You love metrics like open rate, days from signup to conversion, days to repeat, cart abandonment conversion, and LTV. 

 

Functional Responsibilities

  • Manage retention (email & sms) calendar with alignment from marketing, e-commerce and product team to launch new products, brand moments and seasonality 
  • Constantly update all automated flows to drive brand loyalty and conversion through key consumer moments in the lifecycle 
  • Manage transactional emails and update frequently to account for seasonality
  • Update and optimize pop ups to drive email/SMS collection based on seasonality and promotions 
  • Project management of Rumpl hosted giveaways campaigns aligned with brand moments to drive email collection 
  • Monitor APIs through Klaviyo and external partners to ensure email collection is being properly inputted
  • Grow list by utilizing Ecommerce, Checkout, and Social touchpoints
  • Continuously evaluate Attentive and other vendors to ensure Rumpl is on best platform 
  • Execute SMS campaigns with alignment from marketing, e-commerce and product team to launch new products, brand moments and seasonality 
  • Invite customers to join the program through Email and SMS automation and campaigns
  • Collaborate with e-commerce team to optimize website to drive signups and redemptions 


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 1+ years experience with Klaviyo, leading retention and engagement
  • 1+ years experience with a loyalty program like Yotpo Rewards
  • Highly analytical, always pushing A/B tests to increase KPIs
  • Familiarity with email best practices and protocols for deliverability 
  • Shopify Plus experience
  • Comfortable with creative direction and working with designers on creative briefs
  • Tapped into the ever-evolving digital space via newsletters, blogs, or Twitter
  • Love spending time and engaging with current and future customers on Reddit, Facebook Groups, etc.
  • Detail oriented and extremely organized a must
  • Exceptional time management, verbal and written communication skills
  • Desire to work in a start-up environment, where iteration and learning is encouraged

 

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel periodically both domestically and internationally, as needed.
