Duties:

- Provide direct support and assistance to individuals who are working to regain independence
- Assist with daily living activities (ADLs) such as meal preparation, home management, and medication management
- Support individuals in developing and enhancing their independent living skills
- Assist with implementing individualized plans to meet the unique needs of each individual
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to ensure the overall well-being and progress of the individuals

Experience:

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid photo ID and reliable transportation

Current Shift Openings:
Evenings (4pm-12a), Overnights (12a-8a), Weekend day/evening (8am-8pm) Weekend overnight (8pm-8am)

Pay: $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 40 per week
