We are currently seeking a lead Life Skills Specialist to collaborate with our amazing team of behavioral healthcare professionals and guide our clients in their recovery journey. Deliverables/Principal Results Expected:

• Provide direct care to adults with chemical dependency problems in the 3C Program.
• Participate in implementing client’s treatment by communicating with all relevant parties.
• Accompany and transport clients as assigned.
• Orient new clients to unit, program and milieu.
• Teach the principles and practice of the 12 Step Programs of AA and NA.
• Carry out clerical and administrative assignments to support client care and program advancement.
• Participate in developing Life Skills in an individual and group setting.
• Oversee daily schedule for 3C clients.

Education, Experience:

High School Diploma or equivalent is required

Minimum of two years’ experience in behavior healthcare industry.

Valid Driver's License Required
