You’ll grow a list of prospective clients, market our insurance products, showcase our offerings to new customers, and help policyholders navigate the claims process. $70,000 - $120,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:- Assist current policyholders during the insurance claims process while overseeing existing insurance claims
- Grow new business by generating a prospective customer base and advertise our insurance products via networking, asking for referrals, cold calling, and other marketing strategies
- Manage electronic and paper records and ensure all contracting paperwork is kept current
- Provide warm and professional customer service while onboarding new clients and maintain existing clients, including booking appointments, inquiry response, insurance eligibility, claim submissions questions concerning billing and insurance policies
- Determine new customers’ insurance needs, desires, insurance risk, prior coverage, and financial standing via booked consultations to ensure the best client experience possible
- Do a customer needs assessment and then based on your evaluation connect the customer to one of our A-rated carriers
- Previous health insurance or Life Insurance experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Current Life & Health insurance license is greatly valued
- Client service experience as a sales representative a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
- Life Insurance License (preferred)
