We are seeking a motivated and self driven Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to new and existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and being a team player. The ideal candidate has to be self motivated , good communication skills and must be open to obtaining a state license.
Duties:
- Sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options
- Provide accurate and timely quotes to potential clients
- Process policy changes, claims, and payments
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in insurance regulations
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Maintain records of client interactions and transactions
