Life Insurance Advisor - Delivery

 

Full-time | This is a Remote Opportunity

About the Role

 

As a Delivery Advisor at Amplify, You are responsible for securing the final step in our sales process, your pipeline will be filled with warm leads that have just been approved. This is an integral role at Amplify as it has a direct impact on our revenue as a company! Your day will consist of assisting our clients via outbound dials to complete their post approval steps for securing their Life Insurance policy. You will be responsible for developing customer relationships with these clients & leaving clients with the peace of mind that they got their policy through Amplify! 

 

As part of this role, you will follow up with approved clients to help them understand their proposed policy details, outlining how it will help protect their family and enable tax-efficient growth. We offer comprehensive plans leveraging universal Life Insurance policies (Indexed Universal Life "IUL", Variable Universal Life "VUL") and term life. You will be at the cutting-edge of combining technology, finance, and the human-touch to modernize and streamline the most opaque segment of the Life Insurance industry!

Responsibilities

  • Engage clients that have been approved for a policy via outbound calling
  • Answer customer questions via scheduled meetings, phone, sms, and email
  • Efficiently review prior sales discovery and case manager notes to ensure an effective understanding of the client needs and create a seamless experience
  • Effectively manage & successfully close a large pipeline of approved business
  • Guide clients through the approval and delivery process, educating clients on Amplify’s process and how their approved policy works
  • Partner with Case Managers and Insurance Advisors to drive customer conversion
  • Join and actively participate in team meetings and coaching sessions to improve sales technique and Amplify workflows


Experience

  • Bachelor's degree
  • You are a Superstar Closer with demonstrated closing success!
  • 1+ years of sales experience via telesales and outbound calling
  • 1+ years of experience as a Life Insurance agent with demonstrated success
  • Must have a current and active Life Insurance License in at least 1 state
  • Experience with Universal Life Insurance, specifically Indexed Universal Life (IUL)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to articulate complex topics succinctly
  • Experience leveraging CRM, Powerdialer, and other sales tools effectively
  • Proactive, self-motivated with a drive to meet and beat objectives
  • Basic knowledge of finance
