WHAT WOULD I BE DOING EVERY DAY?
As a REMOTE Licensed Life Insurance Agent, life is pretty simple!
1) Stay at home - no more commuting
.....(Work Remotely!)
2) Dial and connect with people who previously requested assistance
.....(Warm leads only!)
3) Discover what clients need through high compassion conversation
.....(Be nice and be yourself!)
4) Use industry knowledge to develop solutions
.....(We will teach you exactly how to do this!)
5) Work to bring these solutions to reality, often within 24 hours
.....(Gain coverage approval!)
6) Gain referrals and help the client help those they already love
.....(Build client trust!)
7) Build your network and team of fellow agents to create your own agency

ARE YOU QUALIFIED?
The successful candidate will:
> Have or be willing to get a state Life, Annuities and Health Insurance License (We will help with this – should take between 7-14 days)
> Get excited about working remotely, and being in control of your life, schedule and personal income
> Enjoy being part of a supportive team with team leadership dedicated to your success
> Enjoy the art of developing new client relationships and building rapport
> Be nice – possess sincere, heart-felt relationship building skills
> Listen more than you speak – possess positive communication skills
> Present complex financial ideas in easy-to-understand language
> Adopt a business owner mindset – Focus on the present, solve problems through independent action while staying future-focused
WHAT ARE YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES?
> Achieve state of residence Life, Annuities and Health Insurance License - this is typically completed within the first 14 - 21 days
> Build financial confidence through completion of an initial, robust training program (5 -7 days)
> Develop personal financial expertise through participation in a voluntary 1-on-1 mentor program, weekly trainings and ongoing coaching
> Initiate contact with those who have requested information, and complete a Client Qualification Form and Financial Information Assessment to accurately assess specific client needs
> Collaborate with peers and mentors to identify the ideal insurance solution which addresses client needs and related, deeper financial concerns
> Present client solutions in an educational manner that significantly increases acceptance of solutions offered
> Guide solutions through the underwriting process through constant communication with insurance carriers, identifying and eliminating areas of concern, until final approval is achieved
> Maintain compliance with all state and/or Federal insurance ethics, regulations, practices and conduct as a financial professional including completing continuing education, and ongoing product-specific certifications

> Commission position – this position is free from the constraints of hourly wages or annual salary-work hours imbalance
> Your income is mostly dependent upon your ability to learn, manage yourself and keep yourself motivated on the hard days
> Your income is directly tied to your production volume; we aim to get you promoted and increase your earnings every 60 days!
> Bonuses are available within your first six months, based upon personal production volume
> Elite Producer bonuses are also available for those who excel in personal production
