Life Enrichment Assistant (Activities Assistant)

Elance at Pasadena is looking for a compassionate Life EnrichmentActivities Assistant for our Memory Care Community in Naples, Florida.

The Life Enrichment Assistant implements the community’s Life Enrichment activities and events for the Memory Care program (Inspiritás) under the direction of the Life Enrichment Director (LED) or assignment from the Inspiritás Coordinator (LEC).

The LEA serves as a knowledgeable and creative resource to the LED/LEC in regard to understanding and addressing the specific needs of residents. He/she performs job duties with an upbeat, helpful, and positive attitude and in timely fashion to ensure no interruption to planned activities or events.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or equivalent and related work experience.
• Must be able to communicate both verbally and in writing, follow instructions and direction, interact with residents of varying backgrounds and abilities, remain cheerful and calm under stressful situations, and work as a team member.
• Must be willing and able to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
