```Duties```
- Provide life skills training and support to individuals in need
- Develop and implement personalized plans to address specific needs and goals
- Teach and educate individuals on various life skills, such as conflict management, addiction counseling, and social work
- Mentor and guide individuals in developing positive habits and behaviors
- Assist individuals in accessing community resources and services
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure success

- Previous experience in working with individuals in need, such as children or those facing challenges
- Strong knowledge and experience in conflict management, addiction counseling, social work, or related fields
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize and connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine desire to help others improve their lives

- Day shift
- Evenings as needed
