General Summary/Responsibilities:
The Life Coach-SBHI functions as a member of a team to assist in the planning, scheduling, physical environment oversight and upkeep of the shower room. The Life Coach-SBHI assists patients in skill building related to personal hygiene skills, completion of laundry and maintenance. The Life Coach-SBHI provides one on one skill development training in the area of personal hygiene and may utilize role play, prompts, and coaching. The Life Coach-SBHI is responsible for the stock of durable hygiene goods, maintenance of equipment, management of clothing and food pantry items, creating and maintaining tracking logs, general oversite of day to day activities and cleanliness of the facility. The Life Coach-SBHI is responsible for providing for the safety, privacy and confidentiality of clients.
