Licensing Manager

Overview:

We are currently seeking a Licensing Manager to join our team. As a Licensing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of licensing programs within our organization. This role requires strong leadership skills and program management expertise.

Duties:

- Supervise and manage the licensing team, providing guidance and support as needed

- Negotiate licensing agreements

- Develop and implement licensing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, community organizations, and service providers

- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to licensing standards and regulations

- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and implement training programs for staff members

- Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvements as needed

- Assist in the development of program budgets and manage financial resources effectively

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and changes in licensing regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

- Strong knowledge of licensing regulations and requirements

- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

- Proficient in administrative tasks such as budgeting, reporting, and record keeping

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $68,000.00 per year
