- Assisting with residents' with daily living activities
- Assisting with personal hygiene needs and dressing
- Assisting with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises
- Monitoring food intake
- Monitoring vital signs
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Updating residents' charts
- Offering bedside care
- Wound care
- Contacting assigned physician if needed
- Administering medications
- Following all facility "Change of Condition" policies and procedures
- Working with Electronic MARs.
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Active LVN License and in good standing in the state of California.
- CPR/BLS certified
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and team work
- Tracheostomy and Ventilator experience (preferred)
- Ability to lift/preform all work duties within scope of practice without any restrictions.
- Reliable transportation
- Willing to travel all throughout Orange County and parts of Los Angeles County
- Must be compassionate, respectful, ethical, responsible, professional and punctual
- E-MAR experience preferred* (Will provide training if needed)
