Licensed Vocational Nurse (Lvn)

Position Summary:

We are Elevated Health, a Direct Primary Care practice in Huntington Beach. We are looking for an experienced LVN. Our office includes three physicians, one nurse practitioner and three office staff. We are a small practice that really goes above and beyond to help our patients.

Direct Primary Care allows us to give a more personalized experience. Instead of seeing 25+ patients a day, our providers see anywhere from 4-6 a day. All patients are booked in 30-60 minute slots so that all of our providers are actually able to CARE for our patients. We are on a first name basis with everyone and are looking for a friendly and personable LVN to come in and help deliver exceptional care.

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs.

· Assist with patient assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.

· Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

· Utilize electronic medical record systems to input and retrieve patient information.

· Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes.

· Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding their healthcare needs.

Education/Experience:

· Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of California, required.

· IV Certification, preferred.

· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Medical Office.

· Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in primary care.

· Proficient in medical record systems and electronic health records (EHR).

· Ability to perform patient assessments and recognize changes in condition.

· Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

· Ability to administer injections and other medications as required.

Pay: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour
