HIRING FOR PM AND NOC SHIFTS

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities
- Assist with case management and discharge planning for patients
- Monitor and document patient progress and report any changes to the healthcare team
- Provide education and support to patients and their families

Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Licensed Vocational Nurse
