Responsibilities of a Licensed Vocational / Practical LVN LPN School Nurse:
• Provides required medication/treatment for students as ordered by physician
• Assists the school nurse in physical screening and other appraisal evaluations
• Assists in initiating and maintaining health and other related records
• Adheres to schedules and performs other health related duties as directed
• Serves as a health education resource person to staff and students
• Provides health counseling services for parents, students and school personnel
• Maintains a health record for each student as needed
• Attends meetings as required
• Submit all billing logs and necessary information on a timely basis
• New grads and experienced therapists are encouraged to apply - We will support you through this transition
