Quality Response Medical Staffing is seeking a qualified LPN/LVN to join our team. We are accepting applications for a "Contract" position at a State Facility in Big Springs TX.
Immediate Start (3-6 month contract with options to extend)
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients – manage medication administration and treatments; provide medication education and complete documentation.
- Perform computer data entry – Receive full training
- Comply with facility Standard Operating Procedures to meet standards for accrediting agencies; specifically, Joint Commission guidelines, CMS Standards, BSH Policy and Directives and HHSC Standards, Rules and Directives.
Requirements:
- Must possess valid LVN license
- Must comply with immunization requirements
- Must submit to required drug test
- Must submit to required fingerprinting
- Must complete facility and required training
Shifts:
- Alternating to meet staffing needs, evenings (2pm -10pm) and nights (10pm - 6am) are currently the greatest needs. Every other weekend off. Able to start any day during the week (M-F)
- 40-hours/week; OT available
- Minimum of 2-3 weeks of on unit mentorship with a seasoned LVN
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
