Licensed Vocational Nurse

Duties:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes or abnormalities
- Assist with pain management techniques and provide comfort measures to patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Conduct patient assessments and document findings accurately
- Assist with discharge planning and ensure smooth transitions for patients
- Provide education to patients and their families regarding their conditions and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Perform basic nursing procedures such as wound care, catheterization, and medication administration
- Provide support to physicians during examinations and procedures

Requirements:
- Valid Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license in the state of {LOCATION}
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare practices
- Ability to lift, push, or pull heavy objects as needed
- Experience in infant care is preferred but not required
- Proficient in taking accurate vital signs measurements
- Familiarity with ophthalmology procedures is a plus

Pay: $30.15 - $36.31 per hour
