SalaryPearly Bites Veterinary, a general dentistry practice, is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to add to our talented team in the vibrant and historic Chelsea neighborhood of Manhattan.

What we offer:
- $26.00 - $37.00 an hour depending on experience
- $5,000 Signing bonus
- Four day workweek: Monday through Thursday, 8am to 6pm

As a member of the Pearly Bites Team, in addition to traditional vet tech duties, you will be actively involved in:
- Client education and communication
- Detailed electronic medical record (EMR) documentation
- Dental diagnostics
- Sedation and anesthesia
- Reviewing medical records and lab work
- Calculating doses for both oral and injectable medications
What we need:
- 2+ years of Veterinary Technician experience
- CVT/LVT/RVT or license eligible preferred
- Exceptional communication skills (including spelling and grammar) – strong and respectful written and verbal communication skills for both clients and staff
- Adaptable – remain flexible while maintaining a positive attitude
- Highly organized with acute attention to detail
- Good time management and efficiency with ability to prioritize
- Reliable – good judgment with ability to work and learn independently, responsibly, and ethically
- Resourceful problem-solving skills with active recall
- Dedicated to providing excellent service for every client and patient
- Open to feedback, coaching, and continuous learning
- A passion for and commitment to the welfare of animals
