- PAY: $80,000 -$90,000 depending on experience
- HOURS: Monday - Friday, Business hours
Position Overview:
- Under the supervision of the Clinical Director, you will work with the clinical staff in the assessment of client needs, treatment planning, and facilitation.
- You'll advocate for options and services to meet an individual’s mental and physical health needs through communication and available resources to promote quality cost-effective outcomes.
- Working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide quality care to clientele, ensuring safety and best practices.
- Ensuring excellent clinical care is provided in individual and group therapy and documented for all clients.
- Consistently communicating and reporting the needs of the clients to the Clinical Director.
- Effectively interacting/communicating with all clinical and non-clinical departments coordinating care for clients.
- Ensuring the timely completion of clinical documentation (notes must be done in 24 hours), including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, group notes, discharge plans.
- Facilitating comprehensive evaluations and diagnostic assessments upon admission for clients, as assigned by Clinical Director.

- Licensed LMFT or LCSW, and registration with California BBS.
- A genuine desire to work with the adolescent population we serve.
- Understanding of counseling and other treatment procedures for mental health disorders with co-occurring substance abuse issues.
- Computer proficiency; experience with documentation and EMR systems desired.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and service orientation.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
- Solid organizational and prioritization abilities.
