Licensed Social Worker

A large managed care organization has a Full-time CONTRACT Position for Licensed Social Worker.

Must have two years of related work experience, including data entry along with excellent communication skills, and professional demeanor. Interact with internal and external customers in a courteous manner in person and via telephone.

• PAY: $34.00 per hour
• CONTRACT:Contract- 12/31/24
• HOURS: Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm Eastern Time Zone
• LOCATION:Remote

Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree
o Current, unrestricted license, not required but nice to have, if they are a LMHC/ LCSW/ LPC etc.

As a Clinical Administrative Support Staff, you will be responsible for ensuring proper data entry and documentation for our members health services. This means you will be tasked with identifying the clinical fax requests, creating a health service case, confirming member eligibility and entering the faxed clinical in the health service case.

Work schedule will be Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm Eastern Time Zone

Primary Responsibilities:
o Provide support to the Addiction Recovery Clinical Team
o Review faxed request in outlook inbox
o review of member eligibility
o initiate health service case (shell)
o input faxed medical record requests in the health service case
o use multi-platforms to assign the health service case to the clinical team for review/ determination
o Participate in team meetings, education, discussions, and related activities
o Identify opportunities for improved communication or processes
Qualifications - External
Required Qualifications:
o Demonstrate a proficiency in computer skills – Windows, TEAM, Excel (Microsoft Suite), Outlook, clinical platforms
o Must have a designated workspace and access to install secure high-speed internet via cable / DSL in home
o Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills
o Demonstrate effective organization skills
o Ability to work independently
