Licensed Social Worker (Lmsw/Lcsw)/ Licensed Mental Health Counselor (Lmhc)

Description: The clinical services are intended to help prevent the progression of exhibited behavioral health needs through early identification and intervention and may be provided to children/youth in need of assessment for whom behavioral health conditions have not yet been diagnosed. Additionally, services include therapeutic communication and interaction for the purpose of alleviating symptoms or functional limitations associated with a child/youth’s diagnosed behavioral health disorder, reversing or changing maladaptive patterns of behavior, encouraging personal growth and development, and supporting the child/youth’s capacity to achieve age–appropriate developmental milestones. We service youth birth-21. Typically sessions do not begin until the youth are out of school, afternoon/evening availability is preferred. Weekend availability is optional.

Location: Work may include a variety of settings including within the client's home and within the community.

Qualifications: Applicants must hold a master's or doctoral degree and have one of the following licenses:

 Licensed Master Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Social Worker

 Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists

 Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC/MHC-LP)

 Licensed Creative Arts Therapist

We are looking for applicants with a valid driver's license and vehicle. You must clear the State Child Abuse Registry, fingerprinting for criminal history, and other background requirements.

Salary: $80.00 per service hour, higher pay rate can be negotiated based on experience. $120 per assessment.
