We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our team. As an LCPC, you will play a vital role in providing support and care for individuals with mental health conditions. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with patient care, data collection, and case management.
The LCPC will provide counseling services to individuals dealing with various mental health issues. The successful candidate will have a solid foundation in counseling theories and interventions and be dedicated to fostering a supportive therapeutic environment.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments to determine clients' mental health needs and formulate treatment plans.
Deliver individual and group counseling sessions using evidence-based practices.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
Stay abreast of developments in counseling and mental health.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in counseling or a related field.
State licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).
Experience in providing counseling services in diverse settings.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development
