Position Summary:
Manage ISlide's Licensed Sales accounts and sales team, which make up for the organization's largest sales category. Major licenses include NBA, MLB, NHL, Nickelodeon, MLS, and over 100 NCAA universities. Major partners include Fanatics, Dicks Sporting Goods, Rally House, and many others!
Essential Functions:
Create relationships with licensing groups at all major accounts
Drive sales for all major sales categories, especially wholesale and dropship
Grow network of house accounts across the country
Work with design and marketing teams to attack hot market trends within scope of licenses
Develop product line plans with design team for distribution to sales representatives and sales accounts
Work with marketing team to brand and position licensed product in positive ways
Manage independent sales representatives and their sales to retailers
Manage administration and reporting of major licenses
Deliver consistent excellent customer service to internal/external customers, colleagues and management
Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner
Available for 5% annual travel
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Senior Licensing Associate
Essential Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sports Management, Sales, or a related field preferred
At least 3 years of licensing experience preferred
Experience in sales or customer service preferred
Strong interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Strong communication skills in English; including listening, speaking, writing
Working knowledge of all Microsoft office programs preferred
Maintain a positive, solutions focused attitude
Ability to use good judgement and keep client information confidential
