Annually, we proudly close around 100 off-market cash transactions. But here's where the opportunity amplifies: for every 8 appointments made by our outside sales reps, only 1 culminates in an off-market cash transaction. This means 7 potential listings ripe for the MLS, waiting for your expert touch.

Your primary role? Deliver compelling listing presentations to homeowners and secure listing agreements. Once that's done? Our proficient licensed back-office team steps in to manage the intricate details, allowing you to focus on what you do best. In essence, your task is straightforward yet pivotal: Get Listings!

• Licensure: Possession of an active Real Estate license in good standing within the state of Texas.
