Role Description
This is a full-time Real Estate Sales Agent role with the flexibility to work remotely. As a Real Estate Sales Agent, you will oversee the sale of properties by proactively contacting potential clients, reaching out to current clients, and using other methods to secure new listings. You will also work collaboratively with other agents, brokers and legal teams to ensure successful sales transactions.
Qualifications
- Valid Real Estate License in your state of business
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to identify potential sales opportunities
- Experience with the Real Estate industry and market trends
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with current software, including CRM systems such as Salesforce, and the Microsoft Office suite
- Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role is preferred
- Bilingualism in Spanish or other languages is an asset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 10 – 40 per week
