Requirements:
- Valid Real Estate license in the state of employment
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles
- Knowledge of Real Estate market trends and practices
- Familiarity with Fair Housing regulations and best practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in using Real Estate software and tools for listings, marketing, and transactions
Responsibilities:
- Market and advertise properties for sale
- Represent buyers and sellers in Real Estate transactions
- Negotiate and facilitate the buying and selling process
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Stay up-to-date with Fair Housing regulations and ensure compliance
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other professionals in the industry
- Conduct sales presentations and property showings
- Perform Real Estate administrative tasks to support transactions
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions
