```Duties``` - Conduct property tours for potential tenants and provide information about available units - Screen and process rental applications, including conducting background and credit checks - Prepare lease agreements and ensure all required documents are completed accurately - Collect and process rental payments from tenants - Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, including conducting inspections and documenting any damages - Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and maintenance requests in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, lease agreements, and maintenance requests ```Skills``` - Knowledge of property leasing laws and regulations - Familiarity with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program - Experience in legal administrative tasks related to property management - Proficiency in property management software such as Yardi or similar platforms - Understanding of property maintenance procedures and ability to coordinate repairs through a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with tenants, colleagues, and vendors - Conflict management skills to handle tenant disputes or difficult situations effectively - Ability to negotiate lease terms and rental rates with prospective tenants Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $1,253.00 - $1,608.00 per week

Expected hours: 40 per week
