Our expanding Real Estate team is actively seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to play a key role in our residential and commercial operations. Serving as a vital link between clients and our senior Real Estate professionals, the ideal candidate should possess exceptional customer service skills, a proactive mindset, and keen attention to detail. Preferred applicants for this position would possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
Residential and Commercial Real Estate Transactions: Facilitating residential and commercial property transactions by guiding clients through the buying and selling. Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, managing property inspections, and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure smooth closings.
Client Relations: Attracting and engaging prospective homebuyers and sellers through strategic advertising initiatives. Conducting thorough client screenings, addressing inquiries, and ensuring seamless transactions. Cultivating positive client relationships by delivering exceptional service and promptly addressing client concerns.
Lease Agreement Management: Crafting and managing lease agreements for residential and commercial properties. Overseeing lease compliance, handling renewals, and addressing any concerns or disputes between parties. Facilitating the leasing process for both buyers and sellers.
Financial Advisory: Providing financial guidance to clients by offering insights into market trends, property values, and investment opportunities. Assisting clients in making informed decisions that align with their financial goals.
Marketing Strategies: Developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to showcase available properties to potential buyers. He/She will be managing property listings across various platforms and conducting property viewings to highlight unique features.
Administrative Excellence: Maintaining accurate and organized records of property transactions, client communications, and relevant documentation. Tracking critical dates such as property transactions and client interactions. Utilizing industry-specific software to streamline administrative processes.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by promptly responding to client inquiries and requests. Building and sustaining positive relationships with clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
