AddressCTR Group is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse in Fredericksburg, VA. Home Health Care experience is required.
Requires current LPN license in good standing. BLS required. Looking for well-rounded nurse, who can work as part of our team of patient care specialists.
Primary Responsibilities:
*Taking patient histories
* Taking vital signs
* Organizing and setting up charts
* Charting
* Counseling
* Patient teaching
*Triage
* Telephone triage
* Phone calls to pharmacists for medication refills
*Phone calls with other health care professionals
*Arranging consults and outside tests, such as x-rays
Qualifications
• Valid Nursing License
Home Health experience required.
• CPR /BLS
• HepB and PPD
