RHA is Looking for Licensed Practical Nurses to Join our Float Pool Today!!!!
Starting Pay Range: $30.00-$35.00
Starting pay based on location, unit, and/or client needs
General Float Pool Overview:

• Float Nurse must work two out of the six winter dates listed here: Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Eve (nights)/Black Friday (days), Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day. If the assigned location is open.
• Float Nurse must work one of these summer dates: Memorial Day, July 4th, or Labor Day. If the assigned location is open.
• Float Nurse are not allowed to receive any special pay or bonuses (paid by other units) except for their base pay as mandated by Human Resources, unless approved by leadership.
• Float Nurse positions are temporary and based on need.

Position Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited licensed nurse program
• Current nursing license with no restrictions to practice nursing.
• 1 year of nursing experience
• Must be able to communicate effectively with Interdisciplinary Team Members, as well as the people supported and their families
• Must be able to work independently, be organized, and possess the ability to prioritize work tasks
• Current CPR Certification or eligibility to obtain certification
• Float Nurse is responsible for keeping all required licensure, certifications and CPR certification current.
• Float Nurse must complete all required RHA and unit specific annual competencies when due and this information should be recorded in Workday.
• Work requirements will be reviewed every month to determine continued eligibility for program.
