LPN schedule...
- Full-Time, Monday- Friday 8am-5pm.
- No weekends
- Coverage will be in Alamance County, NC
As an LPN, you will...
- Visit 6-7 patients on any given shift, driving to the patients home providing skilled nursing services.
- Primarily responsible for the initial head-to-toe assessment and case development of patients in all stages of life in their homes.
- Be in charge of assessing, interpreting, planning, implementing, and evaluating patients according to the patient’s age and diagnosis.
- Must be able to check your email intermittently during the week to respond to documentation requests.
- Must be okay with traveling throughout Alamance County, NC and surrounding service areas when needed.
Skills/Experience needed...
- Home Health experience strongly preferred.
- Homecare Homebase experience is highly preferred.
- Admissions, Wound Care (with vac), IV Therapy, PICC Lines, Lab Draws, and Patient Education.
- Strong assessment, skilled nursing, and documentation
