PRN - Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse - 10-15 hours a week self scheduled.
Service Area: Most clients are located in Cascade, but generally we service the Golden Triangle (Cascade, Pondera, Chouteau, Teton, Glacier, Toole Counties)

As an Addus/ A Plus Nurse, you will:
- Enable patients to stay independent while they remain in their own homes
- Complete Foot Care, Med Sets, Assessments, and Intakes
- Perform routine supervisory visits to evaluate the plan of care and supervise delivery of excellent client service.
- Present educational in-service training
- Communicate with Case Managers and other members of the care team
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing and current PN or RN licensure.
- New nurse welcome!
- Must be able to travel locally in your own vehicle, and possess a valid driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance coverage.
