Licensed Practical Nurse OR Registered Nurse- Bryan, OH

Shift: Monday- Fridays (Days)

Job Summary:

LPN/RN provides monitoring of medication, side effects and coordination of medical services as required by the Ohio Department of Mental Health. Administer injections, call meds to pharmacies, provide education on medication(s), and provide other nursing services to clients as necessary. Act as liaison to refer consumers to other medical facilities for services and/or communicate needed services to the case manager.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Associates/Bachelor's is a must.

• Current active LPN or RN state License

• Experience in the mental health/addiction field is required.

• A Valid Driver License is required.
  

Additional Requirements:

• Subject to a pre-employment BCI criminal background check.

• Subject to a pre-employment Drug Screen and random or incident related drug screens.
