SalaryWe are looking for LPN to assist students with special needs in the Atlanta area. Our nurses are responsible for assisting their client with any daily activities and personal care needed throughout the school day. A few examples of common activities are feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, hygiene maintenance, medication assistance, and vital sign checks.
We currently have three assignments available:
Student 1 is school only, classroom setting. Monday - Thursday 7:30am - 3pm. The child is a 9 year old male with Congenital Central Hypoventilation Syndrome, Trach/Vent dependence.
Student 2 is school only, classroom setting. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 3pm. The child is a 3 year old male with a developmental delay and is trach/vent dependent.
Student 3 requires a classroom nurse and school bus ride alongs. Monday - Friday 5:30am - 3pm. The child is a 10 year old female with Cerebral Palsy, seizures, and developmental delay.
Student 4 is school only, classroom setting. Monday - Friday 7:15am - 3pm. The child is a 10 year old male with chronic kidney disease, chromosome disorder, nonverbal and G-tube dependent.
