We are now recruiting licensed professional nurses for Day Shift (7:00am-3:30pm) and PM Shift (3:00pm-11:30pm) to join our amazing Ryze West team and provide the highest level of quality care to our patients and residents.
Salary Ranges: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Essential Job Requirements:
- Provide direct patient care.
- Documentation confirming all care provided to patients and residents with in Skilled Acute Care, Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care units as assigned.
- Provide direction to all Nurse Aides providing direct patient care and assuring that all job duties and responsibilities are successfully completed.
- Medication Management
- Providing a high level of customer service to patients, family members and internal employees
- Additional Duties assigned as needed.
- Current, valid LPN licensure in the state of Illinois
- One year of experience in Long Term Care, Rehabilitation, Assisted Living or Memory Care facility preferred.
- Current CPR certification
