Licensed Practical Nurse (Lpn) - Skilled Nursing

$33 - $40 / Hour
$3000 Joining Bonus: Full Time Evening 3pm - 11:30pm | Full Time Night 7pm - 7am and 11pm - 7:30am; rotating weekends and holidays
$1500 Joining Bonus: Part Time Evening 3pm - 11:30pm; rotating weekends and holidays
EXTRA $4/hour weekend differential
Qualifications:

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nurse licensure required
• One-year experience working in Geriatric or Long-Term Care setting preferred
• CPR certification required
• Ability to assess and effectively communicate with residents

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Plans, directs and provides care to residents according to physician orders and the Plan of Care.
• Administers medications and treatments.
• Performs resident assessments.
• Participates in daily resident rounding.
• May assist with insertion and maintaining of IV therapies for residents.
