Job Title:Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Visit-Intermittent

Location: Las Vegas area

Pay Rate: $37 to $46 per visit

Bonus: $300 After 12 visits and follow-ups

Job Description:

We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with Home Health experience to join our team in the Las Vegas area. As an LPN in our agency, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional care to our patients during intermittent visits, while enjoying competitive pay rates and bonus incentives.

Responsibilities:

• Work under the supervision of an RN Case Manager to deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes.
• Conduct thorough assessments and utilize health data to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Initiate patient plan of care and reevaluate as necessary, incorporating therapeutic, preventive, and rehabilitative nursing actions.
• Provide skilled nursing interventions such as wound care, wound vac, medication management, hypertension management, diabetic teaching, G-tube teaching, tracheostomy teaching, colostomy care, foley catheter care, drain care, etc., as needed.
• Utilize WellSky software for charting and documentation, with training available on software systems.

Requirements:

• Valid RN license in the state of Nevada.
• Current CPR certification.
• TB test results.
• Physical examination.
• Background check (paid by the agency if applicable).
• Home health experience preferred.
