Accountabilities
- Administers immunizations and other injections according to HealthWorks policies and procedures. - 25%
- Provides education to all recipients of vaccine. - 25%
- Draws labs if necessary with BBF exposures. - 25%
- Maintains accurate and timely state and federal mandated records including DHEC, OSHA and JCAHO. - 25%
Supervisory/Management Responsibilities
This is a non-management job that will report to a supervisor, manager, director or executive.
Minimum Requirements
- LPN
- RN - Preferred
- Experience administering vaccinations - Preferred.
Required Certifications, Registrations, Licenses
- LPN or RN currently licensed in South Carolina. BLS certification is required.
