Our beautiful, 87 bed facility located in Dillon Montana, is seeking LPNs to join our team! Building again under new leadership, our sweet building is hoping to recruit canidates with a love for those in need and a willingness to extend the best of themselves to ensure our residents are cared for. Our facility is home to a diverse patient demographic that includes dementia care, skilled rehabilitation, long term and hospice services that allows you to fit in where you find your passion as a caregiver. You must be licensed as a LPN in the state of Montana or havr an LPN/LVN in a compact state
Wage $30-$44 per hour Dependant on Experience

QUALIFICATIONS
- Current LPN license in practicing state.
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to acquire one.
- Experience in nursing management is preferred but not required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Patient care following established Nurse Practice Act of Montana and policies of the facility.
- Medication administration and completion of physician ordered treatments.
- Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
- Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
- Documents any change in patient's conditions including but not limited to nutritional problems, infections, skin conditions, weight loss or any other noticeable changes.
- Document and notify applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
- Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
- Supervision of Nursing Assistants.
- Additional responsibilities as determined by facility and/or DNS.
