Position Overview:
As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will play a pivotal role in delivering top-notch nursing care to our residents. Qualifications:
- State licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).
- Graduated from a Licensed Practical School of Nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Skilled Nursing Home LTC (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Assist your supervisor in maintaining excellent resident care.
- Carry out nursing techniques to ensure resident comfort and well-being.
- Collaborate with physicians during treatments and examinations.
- Administer prescribed medications and injections.
- Monitor vital signs and report deviations to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate medical records for residents.
- Participate in staff meetings and in-service programs.
- Foster a positive and reassuring atmosphere for residents.

Salary/ Wage Range
Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
