Job Type: Part time & PRN
Classification: Non-exempt
Pay Range: $40 per hour
Shift & Schedule: Fridays & Sundays - Day Shift - 6a-6p
Shift Differential: $1-$3 per hour

Your Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants.
- Review care plans daily to confirm that appropriate care is being rendered.
- Record physical findings, formulate plans and prognosis based on residents condition and report findings to physician.
- Deliver and maintain optimum resident care and comfort.
- Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
- Notify the residents attending physician and/or RN Supervisor when there is a change in the residents condition.
- Perform routine charting duties as required and in accordance with established charting and documentation policies and procedures.
- Promptly respond to call lights and other resident needs.
General Requirements:
- Active LPN license required.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience required.
- Must have a valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, at the time of hire.
- Must be able to successfully pass a Background Check.
- Experience working in senior living preferred.
