Hourly Pay Rate:
Weekday - $27.25 p/hr
Weekend - $29.25 p/hr

The Private Duty LPN is responsible for:
- Assisting in planning for the patient’s and family’s care under the direction of the RN Clinical Manager and/or the RN Clinical Supervisor.
- The Licensed Practical Nurse will provide skilled nursing care as prescribed by the physician and directed by RN and as described in the interdisciplinary plan of care.
- The Licensed Practical Nurse is supervised by the RN Clinical Manager and receives scheduling direction from Nightingale Homecare’s Staffing Coordinators.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 1-year Nursing Experience
- Current Professional RN License
- Current CPR, TB, Fingerprint Card/Current AZ Driver's License and Auto Insurance
