Come lead our team at North Bend Post Acute! The Administrator/Executive Director is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the community, including full profit and loss responsibility and planning and executing the marketing strategy for the facility. The Executive Director plans, implements, and evaluates all aspects of operations. He/she recruits and trains team members, has a direct supervisory responsibility for team members in order to create and maintain a highly functioning team environment, maintains high customer satisfaction, and ensures a quality-oriented workforce. The Executive Director complies with all local, state, and federal regulations, and focuses on creating a safe working and living environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Nursing Home facility
- Ensure high-quality care is provided to residents
- Develop and implement care plans for residents
- Manage and supervise staff, including nurses and social workers
- Collaborate with medical professionals to provide comprehensive healthcare services
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations and standards
- Develop and manage budgets for the facility
- Implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Foster a positive and supportive work environment
- Handle any issues or concerns that arise within the facility
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a Nursing Home setting
- Strong knowledge of operations management in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage and work with people with developmental disabilities
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
