We are seeking a Licensed Mental Health Professional to join our team! You will provide individual, couples, or family therapy sessions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual or family therapy sessions
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy
- Complete intake and orientation processes for assigned clients
- Implement and review treatment plans
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies
- Maintain client case files in accordance with state, county, federal, and agency standards, and protocols
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner
- Provide crisis intervention consultations for assigned clients (as needed)
- Perform other duties that may be necessary to satisfy insurance panel requirements
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Mental Health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community Mental Health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Licensed to provide psychotherapeutic services in California
Our Licensed Mental Health therapist provides behavioral health care services to clients from various socioeconomic backgrounds and enjoy working with various presenting problems.
