Job Pays between $85,000.00k- $100,000.00k depending on your license and experience plus health benefits and 401k plan. Not to mention our $500.00 referral program. We train so don't worry if you lack some specialized knowledge, we will teach you the skill set needed to be effective. We are seeking several therapists to join our team! You will provide Youth and Family Therapy Services in in-community settings to caregivers and youth.
***Clinical License is a Plus ***
Responsibilities:
- Establish open lines of communication for individuals with mental or emotional issues.
- Offer assistance to individuals with substance abuse issues.
- Provide prevention-oriented therapy.
- Implement and review treatment plans.
- Collaborate with additional treatment providers and placement agencies.
- Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Mental Health counseling or other related fields
- Familiarity with community Mental Health resources
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong leadership qualities
