Minimum Requirements:
- Passionate about therapy
- Growth-mindset and dedication to deepening their work
- Ready and able to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to their craft
- Hardworking, dedicated spirit
- Valid, unencumbered Washington State LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, LMHCA or LMFTA license to practice therapy
- Reside in the State of Washington (panel requirement)
- Highly interested in working with professionals, creatives, and millennials
- Outgoing and highly personable
- Able to work early mornings and/or evenings to accommodate clients as needed
- Self-starters, problem-solvers, and the ability to work independently
- Ability to recognize when cases need to be staffed
- This position will remain remote permanently
- Proof of all State and/or Federally required vaccines and boosters, including COVID-19
- Willing and able to pass a background check
Preferred:
- Experience providing a variety of Mental Health services to differing populations
- Training and experience utilizing EBP, particularly EMDR
- Experience working in a community Mental Health setting
- Able to attend occasional in-person staff meetings/staff outings
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $34.00 - $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 32 per week
