SalaryTransformative Healthcare Solutions (THS) is seeking compassionate and experienced Licensed Mental Health Counselor(s) (LMHC) to join our growing team. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive Mental Health care to individuals across Florida. This role is hybrid with both tele-health and onsite responsibilities.
Your Responsibilities
As an LMHC, you will be responsible for the following:
- Provide therapy services to a diverse clientele.
- Conduct comprehensive Mental Health assessments and diagnoses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Empower patients through therapeutic interventions.
- Collaborate with peers and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
Your Qualifications
To be eligible for this position, you must have the following:
- Master's degree in Mental Health counseling.
- Active Florida LMHC license with no restrictions.
- 3+ years of experience in Mental Health counseling.
- Strong clinical skills and expertise in evidence-based practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37 per week
